The Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show: Exciting Competition and Family Fun!

The 65th annual Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show and Country Fair caps off the summer Poster with three days of non-rated competition. A full slate of classes offered by the Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show gives hunter and jumper riders the opportunity to show before large crowds in a fun-filled, country fair atmosphere. Held Saturday, Sunday and Monday of Labor Day Weekend, August 30, 31 and September 1, 2008 the show has been a Labor Day tradition for generations of families for over half a century.

It is hard to believe, but we have already started planning and preparing for the 2008 Ludwigs Corner Horse Show! While it is still months away, there are many people hard at work getting it organized and trying to make it even better than last year.

On Sunday, there will be a Carriage Exhibition in the main ring, followed by a Pleasure Drive through the beautiful country side. On Monday, an antique and classic car show and flea market will add to the fun. In addition to antique and classic cars, the show will feature hot rods,  street rods, and antique tractors.

The event is raising money to expand the use of the grounds as a community resource and is committed to preserving and protecting the horse tradition of Chester County through open space and community involvement. The Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show Association intends to continue to renovate the grounds, adding a permanent storage building, permanent stabling and a new training ring.
