Dear Friends, Sponsors, Donors, Advertisers and LCHSA Members*,
On behalf of the Association/Foundation and the Sponsor Committee, we would like to invite you to become a Sponsor/Donor at our 69th annual 2012 Horse Show and Country Fair over Labor Day Weekend September 1st – 3rd, 2012. This is a wonderful opportunity to help us maintain and sustain our 33 acres of open space along with supporting our two beneficiaries this year: The Ludwig’s Corner Fire Company and Horse Power For Life (a non-profit 501 (C) (3) therapeutic riding group in Chester County whose mission is to improve the physical and emotional quality of life for individuals affected by cancer).
Our family-oriented event brings in over 600 horses and exhibitors along with as many as 13,000 spectators each year. Sponsors will have great visibility during the show, on our web site and in the program book that is provided to all spectators free of charge.
There will be a “Sunday at Sunset” event in the sponsor tent from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 2nd with music, food and beverages. This year we are excited to open this event to all spectators, tickets are available for $40/person.
