JOIN US AT THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING

Dear Friends,

I was promised by Zoe Perkins that she would put forth a motion to rescind the resolution 20-2011 which seized the Horse Show Grounds on 11/28/11. Ms. Perkins gave me her solemn promise that she will support our position to rescind the resolution and open negotiations with the Ludwigs Corner Horse Show.

We would like your support at this meeting. The meeting time is 7:30 p.m. Again you should get there early, as we are sure it will be standing room only. We will not leave the meeting until a vote is cast. Ms. Clare Quinn also told us that she would support the motion to rescind the resolution privately on Monday evening.

Your solidarity is needed to show the strength of our cause. The board of supervisors has one opportunity to do the right thing. We don't know if they will do it, however we will be there to ask them why if they do not.

Please check your e-mails to see if the Township shows some common sense and moves the meeting to a larger venue. As of this morning they told me "They were not concerned" with us showing up. hmmmm.

Please forward this e-mail to everyone you know who has an interest in protecting the Horse Show, and protecting Property Owner Rights.

If any one other than SpringTree Photographing , displaying LCHSA photos on their website to marketing and sell the photos - will be asked by the LCHSA Show Community to remove them immediately.

We are pleased to announce the following changes for 2011:

Adult Eq, Junior Beginner & Adult Beginner & Jack Benny moved to Saturday.
Any Division with 30 or more entries will be split.
All stalls must be ordered & paid for by August 23rd, 2011

All winner awards, ribbons & keeper trophies courtesy of the Ludwig's Corner Horse Show Association unless otherwise noted.
Good Sportsmanship in a Junior Rider must wear a light blue armband available at the Secretary's Stand to be considered.

Due to the volume of exhibitors anticipated for this year, we are pleased to announce the following improvements for 2011:

Modified schedule to make the days end earlier
Limit on the number of horses during scheduled schooling

In addition to these changes, we need your cooperation in helping the show to run in a smooth and timely fashion.

Please leave the ring promptly when your schooling session is over.
Make sure exhibitors are schooled & ready to enter the ring at the beginning of their class.
Plan rounds accordingly to decrease trainer conflicts.
Advise the Paddock Masters of any problems as soon as they arise.
The Show Management and/or the Committee reserves the right to remove any trainer/coach/exhibitor/spectator from the ring, the entire practice area or the show grounds for what is deemed UnSportsmanlike Behavior.
